Home Inspections

A home inspection by a qualified inspector of the Buyer's choice is a major component of most
residential real estate transactions. The inspector should be a person who regularly provides
such service and who is either licensed as an inspector by the Texas Real Estate Commission
or otherwise permitted by law to perform inspections.
